The living room benefits from double aspect windows, offering a bright and airy space to relax and unwind with a good book after a day of exploring the City of Discovery. 

The cottage also features two comfortable double bedrooms with duck feather down duvet covers and pillows, ensuring a restful night’s sleep for anyone lucky enough to stay here. The bathroom is sleek and modern, providing the perfect sanctuary to refresh and rejuvenate. 

Step outside into the south facing garden, where you can soak up the sunshine and admire the mature garden around you. The cottage is steeped in the rich heritage of the famous James Keiller & Sons Dundee marmalade family Estate, Binrock. Janet Keiller, the inventive matriarch credited with the creation of Dundee marmalade, this picturesque cottage holds a unique place in the records of culinary history. Renowned gardener and television presenter Monty Don traces his lineage back to this very estate, as Janet Keiller was his great-great-great-grandmother.

Located on Perth Road, this is the ideal base to explore all that Dundee and the surrounding areas have to offer. The Perth Road, a leisurely 10 minute stroll form the cottage, is renowned for its eclectic mix of independent shops, cafes and restaurants, offering something for every taste and preference. Pacamara is highly recommended for a delicious brunch before you start a busy day exploring.
