Overlooking the Botanic Gardens, with spectacular views over the River Tay whilst being nestled away under mature trees – this is one of the best views you will find!

Our apartments are a great option for families, groups of friends travelling or guests working away who are looking for more private, self-catering accommodation.

Guests can have full use of this stunning, modern 2 bedroom apartment in the grounds of Taypark House – with lovely views across the mature gardens, the Botanical Gardens, River Tay and the hills of Fife. 2 x super-king/twin en-suite bedrooms, living/dining room, separate fully fitted modern kitchen. Separate washing machine. Triple glazing and modern gas central heating for those cosy winter nights!

Guests can use the apartment and wander our award winning garden grounds with the addition of a children’s play area and picnic benches. The mansion house is currently closed and we can direct guests to local amenities.

As the mansion house is not currently open, a few team members may be in Taypark House during the day, otherwise guests have complete tranquillity. Our night manager is available by phone when needed.

We border the Botanical Gardens and are close to the small Dundee Airport. Also close to Ninewells hospital and a short walk into town past the universities or towards the train station, Discovery or The V & A.

We have free private parking in the grounds. We are also on the main bus route from the city centre and university to Ninewells hospital. The bus stop is at our gate!
