**Maritime House is cleaned by our trained housekeepers who will continue to wear appropriate PPE during the entire turnover. All bed linen and towels provided are laundered by a professional laundry company and arrive bagged & direct from laundry to property. Anti-bacterial hand soap & hand sanitiser are provided.**
Private parking is available for 1 car in the buildings car park. If arriving by train you are just a 5/10 minute walk. And if arriving by bus you are less than 5 minutes walk away.
This is an extremely special apartment as it is housed within the previous DP&L headquarters. After 100 years of use DP&L moved out of the building in 2014 and in 2018 renovation started to build the 10 luxury apartments within.

Maritime House is located in the city centre. However you are two floors up and the windows are fantastic! So you experience a very quiet stay. You are minute’s walk from fantastic dining options, a wealth of eclectic shops and plenty sight-seeing options.

Maritime sleeps 4 people. There is a double sofa bed which can be used at request.
1 – Kingsize bed in the front room with built in wardrobes.
2 – Kingsize bed with wardrobe and chest of drawers.
3 – The living room is very large with 2 double sofas and dining table for 4.

This is a self check in apartment. Check in is from 3pm and check out on your last day is 10am.
Keys are collected from a safety lock box, instructions and entry code will be sent on the day of your arrival.
Guests have exclusive access to the entire apartment.
