LOCATION

Inchinannan is a small village located approx. 10 miles to the west of Glasgow. There are local shops, a pub which serves food and a play park just 2 minutes from the property.

History buffs will find plenty to interest them in the village which is home to medieval Celtic and Templar carved stones from the 9th Century and stunning Art Deco buildings such as ‘India of Inchinnan’ built in 1930 and restored to its former glory in 2003. There are interesting landmarks including churches, bridges, quarries, and mines and during World War 1 it was even the site of an airship construction station!

It’s very extremely convenient for Glasgow International Airport which is just a few miles to the South and just 5 minutes by car. There are also excellent road links to the nearby M8 motorway for travel into Glasgow and the rest of Scotland, or to Erskine which is the gateway to Loch Lomond and the Scottish Highlands.

A taxi to Glasgow costs approx. £12 and there are good local bus services to Glasgow, Paisley, Clydebank, and Glasgow Airport. Bishopton train station is also just a short drive away.
