Broughty Castle, dating back to 1490, sits on the seafront and now houses a museum that explores the history of the area.
Broughty Ferry train station provides connections to Edinburgh, Glasgow and Aberdeen, while Dundee city centre is just three miles away. The property also benefits from bus stops directly outside and access to the National Cycle Network Route 1, offering coastal cycling and walking routes.
Dundee itself has developed into a lively coastal city, with attractions including the waterfront development, the V and A Dundee museum, historic ships and a growing food and cultural scene.
