Living Space and Bedrooms
The highlight of the apartment is the bright lounge, centred around a large bay window with views across the River Tay and Magdalen Green. Period details such as the wood framed fireplace sit alongside an eclectic mix of traditional and mid century furniture, creating a relaxed and welcoming space.
Comfortable sofas make it easy to settle in with a film on the smart television with Netflix, while the dining table beside the bay window offers seating for six and a lovely spot to enjoy a meal with the view.
Music is a key part of the apartment’s character. Records decorate the walls and guests are welcome to make use of the keyboard, guitar and record player during their stay. The apartment takes its name from The Palais, a former Dundee music venue that hosted many well known artists in the 1960s and 1970s.
There are two bright and spacious bedrooms, each with a comfortable king bed and plenty of space to settle in.
The bathroom includes a bath with shower over, finished in clean white tones with a bold green floor that adds a touch of character.

Location
The West End is one of Dundee’s most popular neighbourhoods, known for its independent shops, cafes and relaxed atmosphere. Perth Road is just a short walk away, where you will find places such as Le Freak Records, The Little Green Larder and the popular Pacamara café.
Dundee city centre is around five minutes by car or roughly twenty five minutes on foot. Here you can visit attractions including the V&A Museum, Dundee Contemporary Arts and The McManus Art Gallery and Museum.
The city also has excellent road, rail and air links. Dundee Airport is only a short drive away and offers flights to London and Belfast.
If you would like to explore further afield, the nearby seaside village of Broughty Ferry offers a beautiful beach and independent shops and cafes. The Angus coastline and the Angus Glens are also within easy reach for a day trip.
