Clark Anderson Properties offers a fully hands-off, all-inclusive management service – we handle everything, including housekeeping and maintenance, for 20% + VAT per booking.
If you’d prefer more control and a fixed monthly cost instead, our sister company Tripster offers a flat fee of £195 + VAT per month, with no annual contract.
We work with well-presented holiday homes that are suited to short-term letting and meet our quality standards. If improvements are needed, we’ll give clear, honest advice on what will genuinely improve performance and what isn’t worth the spend.
Simply reach out through our contact form or give us a call. We’ll arrange a visit to your property, talk through which package suits you, and handle onboarding – usually within 2 weeks (providing you have your STL license) you’re ready to start taking bookings.
Owner payouts are processed monthly directly to your bank account, with full visibility of bookings, income, and any deductions through your Owner Portal at all times.
Our teams are available 24/7 for guest and owner issues. Part of our onboarding process is to complete our comprehensive guide to your property (we call it a toolkit). And it tells us literally, everything we could need to know abour your property to assist with any call we receive.
Clark Anderson has a 12 month minimum contract with a 3 month rolling notice. This can be discussed depending on your circumstances. We also operate ‘seasonal contracts’, here owners who operate certain months of the year as long term let (for students as an example) and short term let outside of term time.
