The property includes a main bathroom downstairs with a walk in shower. Upstairs there is an additional shower room with WC, along with a newly added walk in wardrobe connected to the main bedroom.

Crail is one of the most attractive villages in the East Neuk, known for its harbour, colourful cottages and relaxed coastal atmosphere. Independent cafés, small shops and galleries add to the charm of the town.
Nearby villages including Anstruther, Pittenweem, St Monans and Elie are all within easy reach, while St Andrews is only a short drive away.
Golfers are particularly well placed here, with courses such as Crail Golfing Society, Kingsbarns, Lundin and the Old Course at St Andrews all within driving distance.
The harbour, coastal paths and nearby beaches offer opportunities for walks, sea swimming and boat trips, including visits to the Isle of May National Nature Reserve.
