Living Space and Bedrooms
The property features four spacious bedrooms, each designed with comfort in mind. Every room includes a super king bed, providing plenty of space for a restful night’s sleep. One of the rooms can also be arranged as twin beds if required, offering flexibility for different group arrangements.
Each bedroom benefits from its own en suite bathroom, providing privacy and convenience for guests. The two ground floor bedrooms include walk in showers and have access to either a private patio or the main outdoor area, a pleasant spot to start the day with a coffee.
Upstairs, the remaining two bedrooms offer both a bath and a separate shower, giving guests the option of a relaxing soak after a day exploring the city.
At the centre of the property is a large open plan living space that retains elements of the original stable design. High ceilings with exposed wooden beams and large industrial style windows allow natural light to fill the room, highlighting the character of the building.
Comfortable sofas and armchairs are arranged around a log burner, creating a welcoming place to relax with a book or enjoy a film on the projector screen. The generous layout provides space for everyone to gather together while still allowing room to spread out.

The Stables is located in Dundee’s West End, one of the city’s most popular areas. The nearby Taypark Hotel is just a short walk away and offers a pleasant setting for a meal or drink.
Perth Road and the surrounding streets are home to a wide range of independent cafes, restaurants and shops, giving visitors plenty to explore close by.
Dundee itself offers a mix of history and modern culture. Attractions such as the V&A Museum, the RRS Discovery and the waterfront area are all within easy reach, along with parks, galleries and a growing food scene.
Guest Access and Important Information
Guests have full access to The Stables during their stay, however two locked doors at the bottom of the stairs are not accessible.
