As you enter the property, you’ll be greeted by a bright and airy living room, complete with comfortable seating and a large flat-screen TV. The modern kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to whip up delicious meals during your stay, including a dishwasher, microwave, and oven.

The three bedrooms are tastefully decorated and offer comfortable beds with plush bedding to ensure a good night’s sleep. The master bathroom features a family bathroom with shower above, perfect for refreshing after a long day at work or exploring the local area.

Outside, you’ll find a spacious garden with patio furniture, great for enjoying those Summer evenings. The driveway provides ample parking for two to three cars. Your within walking distance from the town centre but also far enough out to easily explore the local area or venture further afield.

Carnoustie is a charming town with plenty to see and do. From exploring the stunning coastline to playing a round of golf at one of the many nearby courses, there’s something for everyone. And when you’re ready to relax, Ellaburn is the ideal place to unwind.
