Just a heads up – our best piece of advice is to make sure you can easily access your digital guide link before and during your stay. This should have been sent to you via text and email – if you’ve not received either, give us a shout!
This will be your super duper manual throughout your entire stay. All relevant information (including how to operate household items e.g heating and ovens etc, wifi passwords, finding the hidden cutlery drawer and much more) will be included in this guide. It has lots of sections packed full of hints and tips, and a search bar at the top of the info tab that will allow you to find answers to your queries quickly and easily.

If you still cannot find what you’re looking for, please contact us through your booking platform or on 01382 916954 . Please note that our offices are open 9-5 weekdays and 10-3 weekends. Messages sent outside our operating hours are monitored at a reduced rate.
