How do I book a Clark Anderson Property?

The easiest way to confirm a booking and guarantee the best rate is to book with us directly. If you’d prefer to speak to us, just give us a call on 07496 412115 and we’ll be happy to help.

Yes, at the time of booking your chosen card will be charged 1% of the total amount, and then the remaining balance is automatically deducted 7 days before arrival.

What time is check in/check out?

As standard check in is 3pm and check out is 10am. If you would like to request a change to this please drop us an email before your stay – we always do our best to accommodate.

Are your properties dog friendly?

A number of them are, yes- please check individual listings for further information.

Towels are always supplied at Clark Anderson properties. If you have any additional requirements regarding towels please contact us directly to organise.

Can I provide feedback on my stay?

Yes, absolutely! We love hearing your feedback – we thrive on this as a business. When our guests review their stay it helps us continue to deliver the five star service we provide. We listen, and we learn. We want you to have the best holiday or work stay ever, and we want you to tell your friends. Most importantly us though, and if you have any ideas or thoughts on how we can enhance your Clark Anderson stays further we’d love to hear these too! Ideally, head over to Google and if you’ve ever booked with us and give us it straight!

What if I’m not happy with our property on arrival?

We always do our best to ensure there will be no cause for complaint, however things can be missed and if this does happen, it should be brought to our attention at once. Upon check in you will automatically be sent access to your property’s Airguide which will have a number of troubleshooting information on many aspects of the property. We always suggest you check this first before contacting us. Our office is open Monday – Friday 8am to 8pm. Feel free to drop us an email at hello@clarkandersonproperties.co.uk. For emergency purposes there is a phone line (07496 412115) that is monitored outside our office hours, therefore you will always be able to get hold of one of our team members if a crisis does for any reason occur.

Do I need to advise on my preferred bedroom set up?

In many of our properties we have been able to configure our bedrooms so they can be set up as either twin beds or king size/double beds. Please refer to the property listing description and let us know your preference during your booking process.
